Natural glucosamine source?

Am looking for natural source of Glucosamine, No I dont mean any pills that read "natural" on the bottle sticker" (Unless it comes from a Glucosamine tree :) , I was trying to clean up some of this pills in the sink, and they look so gross after sitting in the water, Which convinced me to look for colloquial alternative.
From quick research I found it in Animal Bones, which I rarely guzzle, and shell fish, which is cool, but not on daily basis, aspecially the shell itself.
I was thinking conceivably crashed shells added as salt to foods, or, hmm, I dunno. Guess thats why am posting this :)
Thx in advance for any sage input.
Answers:    Unfortunately, those are really about the only sources of Glucosamine in any sufficient number, although you missed the cell walls in fungi and from the fermentation of certain grains. And yes, it's the shells of the shellfish (not the meat of the shellfish) that own it in there... that's why they are most commonly sold in pill form.
It doesn't grow on a plant, nor is it really available within high enough quantities from ingestion any particular foods (without getting too much of other nutrients in the food). Sorry.

If you don't like how the pills look, I would suggest getting capsule or softgels so you won't see the powder even if it gets wet... and if you do, it'll just look close to any other powder. ;-)

Something ODD is occurring to me!?
