Natural supplements to cure sinus infection?
I hold been on 7 antibiotics and 2 injectable antibiotics since Jan 18th. My sinus infection has superior, but I still have the pain contained by my gland on the left side, it is not muscular, it is from my infection, and I still have aching around my ear on the left side. I am getting frustrated with the doctors, and want to travel and get some natural supplements to attain better. Someone suggested goldenseal, echinacea, zinc and vitamin C. Has anyone tried this combo before, or alone? Can you tell me if it is moral for your body and if it works?

I have tried goldenseal for sinus infections next to a great deal of success. It is a pretty potent herbal antibiotic, and help to repair the mucus membrane of the sinus cavity. It is not something that you would want to take long term to repair the sinuses though. Something resembling eyebright can be used a little longer to restore the sinuses back to form. I like the suggestions of irrigating the sinuses, and the vitamin C. Zinc always make me feel sick on the stomach. Those things don't work (well, zinc works for viral infections but that's not what you have).

I went to the herbal store and bought this Similasan.
It seams to work.. This is of late terrible for you. The only things that really help me was when my Dr. told me about a sinus clear up that will kill bacteria.
you want
distilled water
sea saline
liquid chlorophyll and colloidal silver from the health food store.
within a glass mix 1/4 cup water beside a pinch of salt and heat to body warmth.
add 5 drops each silver and chlorophyll and mix.
using a voluminous dropper (like one used for infant medication) drop 2 full droppersfull into one side of the nose while laying down.
Turn the person in charge and let it drain out the other nostril. Be sure to have serious newspaper towels handy.
The silver kills the bacteria and in attendance are several hundred kind that can live in the sinus cavity and anti biotics don't get rid of them all.
Do this twice a year for a week, mixing up the mixture fresh each time.
Then do it once a week for maintenance.
There is nil in this that will hurt you, and it cured me.
I do not have to clutch claritin, or antibiotics anymore.
