Natural suppliment for depression... help?
my friend struggles next to depression. currently i am looking for something that could help him that is adjectives natural and that will not inhibit his ability to do his duty like perscriptions. if you need more details to answer the interview more clearly or with greater detail please email me. i am just not comfortable posting his personal information publically. thank ya'll!

It's been given lots of publicity lately and it has benefited ME from my struggle near clinical depression and panic disorder.
St. John's Wort is a popular anti-depressant that works for a lot of general public. Sam-E is also a good one. It is not good to try multiple types of anti-depressants at alike time you can get something called Seretonin Syndrome from this that can be mortal.
I've used St. John's Wort in the past. Most antidepressants transport a few weeks to work fully but I had at least partial nouns from depression in a few days from St. John's Wort.
If your friend needs an antidepressant his doctor should be capable of prescribe him something that will NOT interfere w/ his job. It may take a few days to adjust to it but if he started on a Friday dark he should be ok by Monday morning.

If your friend does not want to lift drugs for his depression, this is the route that he may want to look into.

Any good strength food store should be able to supply you with the natural variety of this herb.... only natural will suffice as the commercial and tea bag varieties own had so much of the goodness pulverised from they could never possibly be of any beneficial use. Also, the spent leaves can generally be reused once more as the essential oil are still so potent in them, so you really do get your money's worth
