Nettle Tea how okay does it work and its properties?
hey all
ive heard about nettle tea and my mum say it can "clear out your body" or something like that so how well does it do that and unclogging arteries i am 16 (so im invincible) :P but this would be apposite for when i get older if its any good i will drink i water jug of the stuff and then go have a few more cheese burgers : )
Answers: its get tons of vitamins and minerals, helps with coughs, allergies, skin complaints. I drink it as a tea (it tastes awful so mix it near a lot of honey/sugar) when I feel bloated or weak, and no liveliness. heres some info:
