Another perfect way to cut a cold is to get surrounded by a hot bath. The key is you own to do it as soon as you first feel the symptoms. Get the bath as hot as you can stand it lacking burning and soak in it and sweat as much as possable for at least a partially an hour. Straight to bed, stay warm and sleep. This is what I always do and it works a treat.
