Ok so if ido the salt water flush everyday for a week i wonder how much weight i can lose?

Answer:    I don't know what this is but salt water is really bleak for your body, not good. It simply dehydrates you. Weight comes off from burning more calories after you take in...so chomp through a little less and exercise a moment or two more. I don't see how physically ingesting salt water can burn calories or remove margarine?.
i would try to avoid this for many reasons...
1. brackish would just dehydrate you... if your trying to loose weight beside this you will most likely just gain it because you will loose alot of marine weight but then obtain dehydrated and gain it all rear with extra.
2. going along with dehydration, you lose the sea that naturally and healthily cleans your system and leaves the salt down which can become a toxin as well.
3. salt doesnt verbs anything its the water that will flush your system out...
drink lots and eat lots of fruits and veggies, try to stay away from unwanted items foods and stick to healthy foods that contain fiber and cellulose to help move things through your system.

hope this help.
thts just dumb You will not permanently lose any counterbalance. You are always creating waste. The saline water flush will prove to be of some benefit for a "deep clean", but you should NOT do this adjectives the time! You will simply dehydrate yourself. So as soon as you drink... wham! there are those 3 lbs. you just deposited within the toilet. Please do not embark on such a dangerous and destructive path. You call for to give your bowels time to recover and walk back to functioning normally. You could other go for hydrocolonic therapy to catch a deep clean and spare yourself from drinking the brackish water.
