Okay, extremely awkward poop quiz...?

so a while ago i read about a salt water colon flush

mixing 2 Tbsp of marine salt in a quart of warm hose down

you're supposed to drink it all, and then poop your brains out afterwards, you obviously are supposed to own watery diarrhea and it's supposed to flush out all the toxins sitting in your intestines

okay, so i attempted it, but i couldnt even drink adjectives the water i thought i was gonna throw up cuz it was simply gross (yeah im a wimp), so i drank maybe a quarter of it, and nothing happened

but i be still determined to poop .. so i ate a bunch of grapefruit slices

within 5 minutes, i had the same results as if i have successfully drank the salt water
(i diarrhea-ed lol)

my question is... even though i did not drink the required amount of saline, did i still effectively "cleanse" the colon / intestines?
Answers:    If you had really loose stools, that's basically the impact that the salt marine flush is supposed to do. None of the colon cleanses will completely clean your colon (as in make it as verbs as you can make your hands after washing), but the main point is to purge the colon of some of the harder feces, which you did beside the diarrhea. Did i steal too lots meds tonight?..

Your colon doesn't need to be cleansed. It's a bunch of crap being peddle as naturopathic/homeopathic medicine.

It does nothing that normal food/water does.

You don't enjoy toxins sitting in your intestines.

Question more or less prescriptions?

How long did you wait between the salt river and the grapefruit? Typically, you should eliminate within an hour or so after the salt is ingested.

Also, when doing a brackish water flush, watery bowels are not typical. The idea is to dislodge adjectives of the solid waste that is sitting in your intestines - so your stool would be looser but not liquid. No cleanse should make that happen.

My final word on the situation would be that the grapefruit gave you diarrhea and upset your stomach. I would try to do as much of the saline water as you can in one sitting - and give it an hour. Also remember that not adjectives bowel cleanses are safe - make sure you do your research on which one is right for you. Source(s): I'm an Herbalist and Naturopathic doctor.
