Pinched nerve acupunture?
Someone backside ended my car a week ago and when I get out of my car, my legs felt numb and thinned and my lower back was hurting. Is this a pinched rudeness? Is accupunture a good way to relieve the spasm

Well no not really. You really need aproper work up. Find a polite broad scope chiropractor. They will be able to convey if you may need an MRI or something else. Additionally if you are going to cash surrounded by on this you need someone who can properly document and diagnose you. If you wait you may enjoy further physical problems and lose your ability to seek lawful recovery.. Take these symptoms very seriously. It would be clever to have a thorough evaluation by your family Chiropractor.
