Still feeling the effects, it's 11:20pm, took the pills at 7.
What is going on! why isn't it going away? could this be related to my paxil (paroxetine 20mg) i take every day? aaahh
i haven't eat in over a day and i am not remotely hungry. and my legs won't stop jittering. when's it gonna go away?!
Answers: These are adjectives common side effects of Adderall. Depending whether you took XR or not, it will last about 6 hours (not XR) or 12 hours (XR). I would plainly recommend starting on a lower dose if you don't like these side effects.
To help the appetite, there's not much you can do except force yourself to eat something next to complex carbs that is nutritious (pizza seems to be an odd choice, but it's a choice various people I know use). Also, V8 Fusion is a great choice. Be careful because Adderall is known for substance loss and is easily abused for this. One of the side effects is anorexia.
To help the legs jittering, do something physical if you're able such as progress hiking, biking, or running. Something to tire out your legs (but be careful or your heart rate as Adderall raises it).
To help the teeth grinding, chew gum. Or consciously relax your chin (very hard to do!) so you try not to grind them. Take Aleve, Advil, or Tylenol as a preventative to headaches from teeth grinding. Chew ice cubes if needed or mints.
I hope this help! Source(s): Prescribed Adderall and have experimented with dosages and ways to cope and counter the side effects quite all right.
Best ways to make less burdensome up..
Adderall is a tic enhancer. For example, I flinch the right side of my lip when I'm tired and I grind my teeth when I'm stressed, When I take adderall, it amplifies this. For instance, during midterm week, I would grind my jaw to the extent it was in actuality painful and not just uncomfortable. The non-hunger is a side effect of amphetamines, but the leg jittering manner you took more than you need. You should feel calm, not jittery. You didn't influence if you had a prescription or not or how much it was for so I can't help you any further within. But the teeth grinding normally occurs in high doses, and the leg jittering means you took a little more than you need. For me, (I own a prescription), 40mg x 3 a day makes me grind my teeth, but doesn't make me jittery at adjectives. It actually does the opposite and calms me down. If you own a prescription and have any further questions, feel free to email me (i4nb63(a)yahoo.com). If you don't hold one, well use at your own risk. Have you been smoking weed as well? I used to thieve twice that every day, with paxil in reality, and the only time I had issues was when I get high. Or have you been drinking abundantly of caffeine today? That can do it too. Or are you not supposed to take adderall? You need top check with your doctor almost drug interaction. Call them right away. or at least the pharmacist.
