Prescription drugs adiction?
My boyfriend, father of my dauhgter i believe is addicted to prescription drugs after he have a back problem and had to embezzle ixicodon/oxicottin. He was able to carry off oxicotton by taken another prescription drug that also got him hooked. It get to the point of me finding crushed up pills near a rolled up dollar bill. Me and his mom are doing an intervention. I'm sick of living life beside him after drugs because he doesn't help with anything, is rude, and be determined. What kinds of things should i write on my intervention letter?
Answer: put in the picture him you love him, and that you want whats best for him. tell him how much he means to you and what he is doing is singular hurting himself and your daughter. you have to be strong tell him that if he is prepared to get help you will be near 100% of the way and you have to threaten him next to something. he has to really get it, for example your daughter. describe him if he doesnt get better you'll leave and clutch her with you because he cant even take carefulness of himself.
and also an intervention doesnt always work the first time, plan on doing it more than once, but the main point is staying true. really be strong and mean what you say. thats the switch..
Just remember that anything he says besides "Yes I will get help" is only noise to you. All you want is for him to get backing so he will sit and listen untill you convince him its in everyones best intrest.
