Psoriasis on the feet?

My friend have it so bad on his feet that they crack and bleed, ooz, and look unforgivable. It is effecting the his walking, mobility and his employment! He is an IRON worker, walking many stories in the atmosphere! Do you know of natural/hebal remedies to help?

Answer:    I had exzema (same as psoriasis) for over 40 years. zilch worked for me until about a month ago, when I heard that the inside of a banana trim works not only for exzema but for psoriasis also. I always ate a banana anyway for breakfrast, so after ingestion the banana I proceeded to rub the inside of the banana peel over my exzema on my hands. It cleared it up inside a week. Hope this works for your friend.
Actually, I almost forgot. Using alcohol swabs (rubbing/isopropyl alcohol) on the pustules if that is how it starts worked better than the psoriasin gel to dry it out and relieve the itch.

I know that my suggestions, aren't natural/herbal remedies, but if is as bad as you said, I would try anything.

I am also assuming you designed on the bottom of the feet. If it is the tops of the feet you are chitchat about, then the sun is the best remedy (or tanning beds)..
I hold severe psoriasis (covering a lot of my body) and have tried everything. Different things work for different parts of the body, because it's different benign of skin we are dealing with. Here is what works for bottoms of hands and foot for me.

First of all, it probably starts out as clusters of little pustules that itch and burn like silly. The pustules and itching last for days until they become flat and turn brown. Then the skin becomes easier said than done and can be pulled off by the chunk. To alleviate the itching and speed the healing, dry those pustules out.

Psoriasin gel (over the counter) did zilch for the rest of my body but it did help dry up the pustules on my palms and soles fast. Or even better, right gels from your dermatologist (clobetasol). Also, apply powder to those areas. Either anti-itch or baby powder. Keep those areas dry. Whatever he does, bring up to date him not to put lotion on it. Made me itch more.

As far as bleeding and cracking, when the pustules go away and the skin begins to coagulate there, does he pick at it? I bet he does, at least a short time because it's hard not to. I have to plead guilty, it is very, very irrestible, and explicitly when I crack and bleed and sometimes can barely walk. Resist the urge.

Provide extra, extra cushion to the foot. Maybe wear extra socks or at least nice, thick socks. And when it is adjectives dried out, cracking and bleeding...here is the most important part... apply a correct coating of baby oil GEL (right subsequent to the regular baby oil at the store) to the cracks and bleeds and throw on verbs, dry, thick socks. I don't know why, but it seems to clear the pain go away almost instantly. Again, don't apply the kid oil gel or lotions when and if it is at the pustular stage.

Lastly, tell him to ask his dermatologist to assessment him for fungus. I was horrified when my new dermatologist considered necessary to test me for it, but he said (and I researched it), a certain fungus starting on the bottom of your foot left untreated mimics psoriasis and can spread if untreated. It is a simple, painless scraping and my results be given 5 minutes later. It was gloomy. But if it were the fungus, he said he could have cleared it up surrounded by a week with an oral medication.

I feel his dull pain..
A change in diet might facilitate, as psoriasis is often caused by an obliteration problem.
Have your friend soak his feet in melt water, then unreservedly apply cold pressed Castor oil. This is a bit messy, so let him leave your job his feet propped on plastic until it is absorbed, or if he have clean socks he doesn't mind ruining, put those on after the Castor oil treatment. I recommend Miracle foot repair cream.
This is the best stuff out in attendance, and not only for feet but cracked hand and fingers or wherever you need it. It will work! Make sure to use twice day after day. You should be able to find it at Walgreens etc.

This is what the doctor diagnosed him with, psoriasis?
My brother has this adjectives over his body.
Stress makes his break out like crazy, adjectives his life.
I have never hear of this breaking out only on one part of the body back....
I agree with Dr Sally, but I would also have him soak his foot in warm hose down with Epsom salts for 20-30 minutes past the foot cream. no but also that could be the teriary(last) stage of syphillis.
maybe new socks and foreign shoes will work . He can try not eating any meat and taking Flax oil supplements not a cure but should abet.
