Question about drug testing?
Okay articulate You have smoked pot alot before
But you quit for just about a a year or more and
you were getting a hair drug tryout maybe even blood
but i'm more concerned about the down, would it show up?
Even if it did show up could they still use that against me even if i have quited for over a year or more?
Answer: blood no, hair depends. A fuzz test will come back positive if you still own the hair that was growing when you be smoking, kinda like a timeline (if you have long tresses then you probably had it a year ago and could examination positive). The good news is that spine testing is seldom used because it is not reliable and discriminatory against people next to dark hair ( dimness hair is more likely to be positive than light). Hair test are also very expensive and most employers do not use them. As to whether or not they will use it against you, this depends on the employer, but if they are likely to pay for a hair trial I would assume they would.

Pot stays in your hair for years. Maybe 7 years i don't remember sorry. But the assignment your applying for may only look for recent use closer to the roots. They may not though. Just depends on them if they can use it against you. Not after a year, and you can get a great deal of haircuts in a year. Avoid anything that have a poppy seed on it, like a bagel :) put away one of those in the last 30 days?.
It will show within the hair you had in the past you quit smoking. If you're really worried get a short haircut past the test.
