I have be doing alot of cardio and running lately and thought that I should get a vitamin for my cardio vascular system and help strengthen my heart (along with my regular multi-vitamin), I be told to take CoQ10 100mg, by a vitamin store associate. I wasn't sure if the amount is right for me (I weigh 185lbs) and if its even something I should be taking.
