I have been through Kundalini eight years ago. I had one Reiki treatment moderately a few years ago. I'm now sort of interested in it again. If I get attuned, could in that be complications because I have been through Kundalini? What could it do for me?

Is it something I should raise near the person who is giving me the attunement before they do so?

Kundalini is a yogic practice one does by oneself. It is an independent exercise. It has no impact on anything else.
Please go ahead with the Reiki if you believe contained by that.
If one had attained a state of awakened Kundalini, nothing else is needed or relevant.
