Seeking Dietary Ways to Take Edge off Pain Drugs Pelvis Fracture Injury?


I own 3.5 fractures to my pelvis all stable. Currently I'm on a steady diet of gabapentin, celebrex, & oxcycodone. I have be on the 3 for over 2wks now & will likely be for a considerable time to come. I enjoy been advised that at a minimum I'll be on bed rest for 6wks.
Right immediately the drug combination is assisting with the pain but cause me to feel really weird & I'd resembling some advice on dietary ways that I can help rejuvenate my body & preserve my system strong.
I don't have very strong familiarity in this 'holistic' area approach & am seeking tradition on non-intrusive ways to help my body help itself.
