Should i do acupuncture on myself? what r the risk?
is it undamaging?
Answer: Are you a board certified acupuncturist? Do you have a degree within Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture?
If you did not answer yes to those questions, then it's severely simple. You should not be doing acupuncture on yourself.
Risks:
Infection,
Bruising,
Pain,
Ineffective treatment due to lack of knowledge,
Tension pneumothorax,
Other access of vital organs,
and
Illegal to practice medicine lacking a license (in many countries)..
No because if you ask a question close to that then you do not know enough nearly the subject, there are points on the body that are dangerous and can kill in cold blood you.
On the other hand there is an Australian electrical device machine called acuhealth 900 that works stale a 9 volt battery and does not use needles look up e-mail info(a)acuhealth.com.au
I have used one since 1987. GOOD LUCK..
Do anything you like to yourself
Acupuncture is retarded nonsense anyway, so you won't seize any benefits from it... unless you do something else to yourself at the same time.
I don't see anything wrong with that. It is protected as long as you don't screw up. Get the book, "Self-Acupuncture for Dummies" No! Even licensed acupuncturists never needle themselves..
Going to philosophical or not deep enough...
Self mutilation vs psychoanalysis.. .
no because u might go in 2 low and/or hit a vein...that'll suck... jus go 2 a professional... I'd voice not. You could do acupressure, though!
What are you trying to cure?
