Should I stop my blood pressure medication?

The Doctor could not see me today. I spoke with the nurse and she said to come
next week for some blood test. In the close-fisted time the doctors said that you should
stop your BP medication until my readings are back to normal afterwards resume the meds.
I asked her: Do you think that doctor thought that it was low blood pressure.
She said yes. If your BP is at 110/70 and you take BP medication it can
be treacherous. The only issue I have with this is that I read that you should never
stop your BP medication or the BP can turn around and sky rocking !

Fred.
PS; I am a vegetarian n skinny 153. for 6.2. And I am 46. I also have a sinuse allergies and a toothache who is trying to come back.

I have the coreg generic. I might get arrhythmia?
Answers:    If your BP be high to begin with and it is presently down to 110/70 those are good numbers. If your notice your BP rising then you should clutch at least 1/2 a pill. I hope you have a BP monitor to keep track.

All of my BP medication [I'm on two] say that you should never just stop taking them...I do not know about yours but you could look it up on the internet and see what it say? Really you should already know this if you have been on BP Meds. You should be aware of any side effects to them.

Cure for a hangover.?

Why on Earth would you be taking blood pressure meds with a BP of 110/70?
How large was it? The proof for blood pressure medications helping anybody be healthy is slim to none - especially for borderling hi BP which have also become a bizarre medical practice.
If the Doc told you to stop then stop - it is too low and the last thing you entail to worry about is it "skyrocketing". Source(s): Good luck.

I am other FREEZING!?

You should not stop you blood pressure medication without your doctor's comprehension.

In this case, the doctor has actually advise you to stop them, so follow his advice and stop them.

What types of drugs aid you?

I would if it were me. Doctors are not there to abet the patient, they are there to help the pharmaceutical companies.

Has anyone used any of the broad..

Most possible you should not. What you can do is take half of what you normally embezzle. Monitor you blood pressure. If it falls under 90/60 then you should stop the medication. 110/70 is still normal. 110/70 is the completely lowest before it is too low. Even if you are skinny high BP can run in your home. Avoid pseudoephedrine as it can raise BP which most sinus medication have. Your better off using a sinus nasal rinse and/or antibiotics if it get worse. Try some oral jel for the toothache.
