Sleeping tablets, honest or fruitless?
I recently found out that insomnia runs in my family my dad, my aunt and i own it. When i have a restless nights sleep or i cant sleep or haven't slept for long periods of time similar to 5 days. my dad gives me sleeping tablets, is this bad as i am only 15. i don't transport them every night just when i need to im simply curious as to whether its bad for me.
and in the minor cases i only purloin one. but the time i hadn't slept for 5 days i ended up with a migraine, i took two with two panadol and that knock me for a 6
all im asking is if i'm going to get addicted to sleeping tablets and whether they are bad for me

Depends. NEVER use artificial sedatives. You could get addicted to them and what you're getting is not even sleep anymore. The subsequent morning you wake up and you can't even stand what more if you need to go to conservatory or something. Try using herbal sleep pills like valerian root. You don't get addicted, you don't wake up tired, you in actuality "sleep" and best of all, it's all natural. But sleep hygiene may be a more viable solution.It

try reading until you're tired. so go to a store and buy a book that you think is intresting and read it until your tired. doesnt event if it up to 1 or 2a.m. reading makes you tired. because you have to think dream of and concentrate at the same time, it is great for getting you tired.

Depending on the brand, they can be habit-forming. Read the label and don't take them frequently.Hearburn ? What can I do that..

My dear Friend,Clasp your hands tightly interlocking the fingers. Then with the left foot fingers press on the back of the right hand and then near right hand fingers press on the back of the left foot. Repeat for about 1 to 2 minutes, 3 to 4 times a day. This treatment is for nervous stiffness.
For insomnia: The above treatment can be taken for 5 to 12 minutes at night in bed to ensure good sleep and cure insomnia.
For adjectives types of pain and insomnia:
Take 1 teaspoonful of ordinary salt. Heat it contained by a pan till it becomes brown/'gray. Put 1 to 2 grains ( for a while ) of it on tongue every fifteen minutes till the pain subsides but limit it to 3 to 4 times only. If this is taken at dark, it causes sleep ( insomnia )
