capably I am a Certified Massage Therapist as well as an Massage Therapist Instructor and It IS customary to have a client remove adjectives items of clothing, usually panties/shorts for men are able to stay on, (however even with that, you are unqualified to reach the important muscles within the hips and thighs. ) and the majority of Massage therapists will ask you to remove your bra.
The reason for this is because in attendance are a ton of muscles that cause stress in your shoulders and contained by order for these muscles to be worked on your skin should be free of items that restrict.

You thieve it off. You get beneath a sheet, and from your chest on down is covered when they work on your neck. When they work on your arms they will take one out from lower than the sheet at a time so the rest of you is covered. When you turn over they hold the sheet up in front of them so they can't see you and you position your head and put your arms at your side so they really can't see anything to the side. Then they roll the sheet down to your low put a bet on. You really don't want to have a bra on in the instrument. And going to a girl masseuse will reduce your nervousness if you seize nervous. Personally I like a guy because their hand are bigger and feel better to me! You can leave it on if you're discomfited, but they can't really get to your muscles it is covering. Normally its your choice. If a masseuse insists you remove it and you don't perceive comfortable with this, then see a different masseuse or masseur. DEPENDS ON AGE
