Answers: Aspirin is aspirin.
Tooth paste on spots.

How do health-giving creams work?
Many over the counter spot and blackhead treatment solutions contain salicylic acid. It is derived from the metabolism of salicin; the latter which is produced from willow bark..the Salix clan.hence the origin of the name. It is also found in over the counter or prescribed treatments for psoriasis, callus, corns, warts and veruccas. As an anti-acne/ blackhead solution it helps with the removal of unresponsive skin cells to keep backheads at bay and thus spots.Aspirin is simply acetylsalicylic acid. Salicylic acid and Acetylsalicylic acid are chemically similar but not very same. Aspirin also contains fillers. I don't think aspirin is particularly soluble in wet and needs a form of alcohol for dissolution. I think salisylic acid contained by spot solutions would be dissolved in a alcoholic solution too. Also, the percentage w/v of salicylic acid in spot solutions is imagined to be quite low. For instance, for Clearasil Ultra Cleansing Gel Wash - 2%:

This is fairly low and yet they can sting!!
You cannot soundly make your own solution without having some circumstance in chemistry acid at higher percentage (w/v) than this could cause DAMAGE to you skin! . Have you heard of acid peel? Based on glycolic acid or salisylic acid these generally hold a higher w/v percentage than over the counter spot treatments [such as these: http://www.naturalskinshop.net/SearchRes... ] but it is still known and has to be applied by a qualified practitioner who know what they are doing. But still there might be cases of adverse reactions or unexpected burnings that may enjoy resulted in scarring.
So you have to be careful as acids burn the skin contained by effect. Don't attempt to make your own. Stay safe.
Best wishes.
What help soothe a sore throat excluding..
Use a good on the spot gel or roll on close to clearasil. For blackeads, although this is a little bit bad and can hurt like hell, I own a tool especially for the removal of blackheads. It's a long thin metal stick, with a small loop on the end. I use it to press down HARD over the black chief, to pressurise the 'black head' to come out.
You can get them from body shop or try ebay. type in 'black head remover stick' solitary about lb3.75. It would be useful to steam your face for in the order of 5-10 minutes first to open the pores so the mucky bits come out easily. I must warn you again..IT HURTS!!
Also I would recommend you simply do this over your nose. I NEVER do this on my face as it may leave pock results!
this is the type you want, where the loop is small and thin:

How do hell do I stop smoking..
Aspirin is a weak acerbic, which will have some antibacterial effect. With it is effective against blackheads I don't know. My guess is that it would not penetrate much into the spots and so not variety a difference.Spots are caused by excess oil blocking up hair follicles. Soap and dampen twice a day (rinse of the soap well), will reduce the oil build up. Stress also inreases grease production, so chill out when you can.
How can you communicate if in attendance..
I've heard this and am going to try it soon! Lots of people have said it works. Also if you mix it near honey to form a paste it works as well. You can buy asprin in shops similar to boots! In the UK you an buy asprin, and iv never heard of that but try it, i cant see it having any bad side effects!
