The owner of a natural store told me to take b-2, calcium, and magnesium for my migraines but I get sick...?


And a multivitamin adjectives at one time in the morning with breakfast. Well, every time I do I throw up. And I am not taking too much. Just what is reccomended on the bottle. So how can I whip it without getting sick?


Answer:    Right. That's why people travel to medical school for 4-8 years. So they can recommend treatments that don't make empire throw up.

If you're getting sick from that, it sounds close to one of two things... either you're allergic to one of the ingredients or you're taking them near the running out of the meal when you're basically full already and those a short time ago push your stomach over the top (pardon the mental image).

If you are taking it at the end of the meal, try taking it when you first start drinking. If that's not the case, then you're apparently allergic to at tiniest one of the ingredients. The best way to find out which one you're allergic to would be to stop taking all of them and later try one at a time (on different days) to see which one you get the reaction from. Good luck!


[edit]: While in attendance is a possibility that you could throw up from eating something while you have a serious migraine (because of the nausea), it sounds similar to you've thrown up your pills on numerous occasions and I doubt you have a central migraine every morning right after you wake up. Because of that, I doubt it's happening while you own a migraine that bad (which is why I didn't address that)..
Eat your breakfast before taking the vitamins and minerals. Does your breakfast hold some natural fat contained by it ? like olive oil, or flax nut oil. Fish oil, a appropriate brand . Some vitamins work best on a full stomach with some oil. Nuts are also a moral source of natual fats, I did not say animal fat they are not good for you. Peanuts and cashews are not included in the catalogue of good nuts. Are your migrains classic, hard to look at wispy, sparkles in front of your eyes before the anguish hits?
Talk to the doctor they got meds that work great and you only own to take them when you need them.
Vitamins will spawn you throw up if your sensitive.. try taking chewables it metabolizes slower than the pills..
It's the B-2. Some people can't tolerate it. I can't either. That and zinc get me throw up. Anyway try ButterBur instead...that's works best for me! Take it everyday to keep migraines away
