Took a hydrocodine pill & grain extremely sick...should I munch through something to prevent me from throwing up? ?
I just had 17 Prolotherapy injections in my lower stern tonight and the Dr. prescribed hydrocodine pills (sp?). I literally feel like I'm going to throw up any minute, is it the pill that's making me feel that means of access or the injections? Also, should I eat something to make me feel better and prevent me from throwing up? HELP ME!
Answers: I'm similar to this with any pain pills. They always suggest whenever taking a prescription torment pill to take it with food on your stomach. I always prefer a piece of cheese toast next to it. It's up to you though, something bland is best. I would suggest to go ahead and eat some bread, or saltines, but it may be a little belated to comfort your stomach. Just make sure if you have to take more affliction meds to take it with a meal.
