Valerian and conducting tests interrogate?

I didn't realize this but earlier I drank a drink called Arizona RX Stress Herbal Iced Tea, and now I consideration it has 'Valerian Extracts' in it, I drank about 75% of the 20 oz bottle. I've also hear that Valerian can cause false test results. I DO NOT do any drugs whatsoever, so I'm a little concerned roughly speaking this as I have a test coming up. How long does Valerian stay in your system and is nearby possibly enough in that bottle alone to do anything? Help is appreciated, thanks.
Answers:    False check results? No. Valium is made from similar chemicals as valerian, but even that is a legal drug. And it isn't the same entity. Valerian is a non-addictive non-narcotic herb used for sleep and anxiety. Only the fresh root juice can be considered a narcotic used for insomnia, but that isn't purchased or manufactured for use in the U.S. Only the dried root is used to make capsule and tinctures and as additives in drinks. Not to mention a drink like that will have such an extemely small amount. Beverages cannot contain medicinal strength of anything. This would involve have them shelved in the medicine isle with proper labeling and warning. Even herbs are FDA approved and regulated. All herbs are like any other medication when made to a certain strength. Even garlic, thyme, and cayenne pepper have medicinal qualities that could minister to or harm people with unmistaken medical conditions, but it only can do this when ingested in a powerful strength.
I hope this helps, at hand is nothing harmful or illegal within valerian and even then, it would take a lot more than what is surrounded by that drink to effect your body or even register in your body.
I think you are confusing valerian for poppy seeds which is a form of opium. You can check positive for opium if you eat A LOT of poppy seeds right before human being tested do to the chemical they test for. But this isn't done with just one poppy nut bagel. The tv show myth busters did this and had to eat nearly 2 whole loaves of poppy core bread/cake, just to test positive for opium. Do you know in the order of..

Typically, supplements are out of your body within a short time... often newly a few days. If your drug test is coming up sooner than that, I would just tell the tester (BEFORE the test) that you inadvertently drank an herbal iced tea that have Valerian in it. If they know beforehand, it's nowhere near as bad and they could capture the false positive.
http://www.deltabravo.net/custody/drugte... points out that it can provide a false positive for benzodiazepines, so you might want to point that out if the testing company/person isn't aware of it.
Good luck and I hope I helped!
