About two weekends ago I got high with a few buddies but it be a person who I had never met before's weed. I have be high quite a few times before and this high-ranking was quite different then the others. I be very paniced, confused, forgetful, I thought it was a dream, I embarrassed my self, I don't know what to call upon this but I would "black out" but still be running around talking, said random *, did things i don't remember, saw things weirdly, quite thrilling, I wouldn't stop shaking or twitching, completely numb, cold but I think I was actually fairly hot, everything was so slow that it was lieka flip book, and I would fall over or shaky lots, was thirsty but couldn't drink because I couldn't breathe and so on so forth. I am a small person and am young. 13 85 -90 lbs Female. My big lasted for four hours from one hit. The weed we smoked was purple haze.

It sounds like there's a possibility of it anyone laced, but not a definite. You could have freshly gotten really, really really stoned; if you're new to smoking, you wouldn't really know what that feels like.
Once you smoke weed for a long plenty period, you'll instantly be able to tell if something is lace. There are only so many side effects that weed does. Melting walls isn't one of them.
It might just be that your brain is still surrounded by developmental stages that it shouldn't be in for smoking. I don't want to lecture you or say that you're too immature to smoke, because it's none of my business, I'm just saying that this is a possibility. Based on the effects you described it could have be laced with PCP. Next time you smoke it, make sure you only just smoke a little bit and be really careful when you smoke with those folks.
Marijuana has very few negative or unwholesome effects, but if the user smokes too much they can become so high that it's uncomfortable. You should do your best not to reach that even.
