What are some natural ways to treat a chronic migraine condition?


I am on medication for this but I would resembling to come off this medication. I am considering using legitimate herbal products or other ways of preventing migraines. When I am not on medication, I usually obtain them daily and they are very weakening. Sincere, polite, constructive answers only please.


Answer:    Well, this varies depending on what your triggers are. I return with migraines frequently, so the first thing I do is take caution of what's triggering them.
