My mom is 46 years outdated and her doc. said that she has high blood pressure. He requests to put her on bp pills, but who wants to take pills the rest of their lives!? She's revised her free spar diet and is watching what she eats. Anyone have pratical unconscious cures to lower blood pressure that has been proven to work or worked for you or someone you know?
