Of course, such as green tea, if you be consuming too much then the caffeine it contains could be bad for your form. Too much garlic could cause problems with your digestive tract but thats simply if you are literally consuming A LOT of it in one day. if you use them contained by everyday life, thye will have no doomed to failure effect. garlic is a good source of antioxidants, it is anti fungal and anti inflammatory - no excess will hurt you (dont take the pills), tho u will stink pretty discouraging if u od! green tea can stimulate the metabolism by 3lb, so not amazing but not bad. it also conains some antioxidants.green tea is not a medicine neither is lemongrass..
The benefits of using them as a drug is that they're harmless and should produce no side affects. The down side is they're not realy a medicine and hold no specific purpouse, they're just good well thinks to consume though so still include them in your diet. None of them are proven to own medicinal benefits by the FDA.
