Short-term, you could use some Ibuprofen or anti-inflammatory... they tend to help minimize the pain at the time. Also, depending on the type of joint discomfort, heat and/or cold can help.

For long-term impacts, in that are several natural supplements that help joint form, which may remove the cause of the pain. The most popular are Microlactin, Tart Cherries, Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM, Hyaluronic Acid, Litozin (Danish Rose Hips), and Bromelain.
The only article to really watch out for is allergies. Glucosamine is typically from Shellfish and Microlactin is from milk. As long as you're not allergic to those, you should have no problem. Is it okay to ROBOtrip if DXM..

Joint pain is a common problem; especially for us older folks. I'm 51; not that outmoded, I know, but I've been through a lott.

Of course,aspirine is one way to go. Recently, I bought a enigmatic bracelet for less than $10.00 and it has helped greatly. Stretching and physical therapy are other ways to eliminate pain.
