Stretching of your arms and fingers will serve. Lifting weights (not too heavy) on each arms to activate your biceps. Stretch your arms to the rear legs to strethen your triceps. Wriggle your fingers to loosen tension around your knuckles. At the end of work, soak hand in cold milk with few drops of pure lavender essential grease to relax the any soreness and tiredness. Massaging is not about using just your hand.
