What herbal excacts will help "liven" the nerves in feet and back caused by spinal stenosis?
My father have spinal stenosis and major nerve problems, I flock of a natural extract that is used topicaly to "liven" the nerves, I can't remember what it be menthol, ucaliptus* or tea tree oil. can someone help me I am interested to other answers too.

Well it is not likely. The best thing to do would be to do deeply of muscle strengthening exercises for the back and legs. That is about adjectives you can do. Certainly nothin topical is going to work.
