well we necessitate to have a good perched diet comprising of fruits ,vegetables,milk, etc.if we eat anything which is not suitable for stomach we get costipated
i contemplate outside food , water , should be avoided if your stomach is sensitive. try including more of fluids , more of roughage,and eat crude vegetables ,freash fruits it might work really well for your body . ALL THE BEST!!.
