What is a upright sleeping pill?
Answers: Benadryl- which is Diphenhydramine- is very effective for me. I've been taking it for 3 years to facilitate with sleep. It's the sedative ingredient in tylenol pm.
It doesn't come across to cause addiction- but I think anything can if abused, so it's best not to take it unless you really stipulation to. I take it about 4 nights per week to lend a hand me get to sleep. I sleep a full 7 hrs and don't wake up groggy. I can still sleep without it, but not as overwhelmingly. my mind tends to go in circles beside worry when I'm trying to sleep. The benadryl helps to bypass this so I can get a honourable nights rest.
I just wouldn't take it more than 4-5 times per week though so you don't develop a tolerance. Of course ask your pharmacist or dr if it will interact beside any other meds you take. Good luck. Hope it helps... Source(s): personal experience
