What is B-complex used for? Is it for anyone?

I've be getting VERY irritated lately. A teacher of mine told me that a B-complex supplement will help coat my brass neck endings. But from what I've read online, b-complex seems to be more of a dietary supplement. Is it past the worst for anyone to take, and how much/how often should I clutch b-complex? What are some pros of b-complex? cons?

Answer:    The B vitamins are eight water-soluble vitamins that play important roles in cell metabolism. Historically, the B vitamins be once thought to be a single vitamin, referred to as vitamin B (much like how people refer to vitamin C or vitamin D). Later research showed that they are chemically distinct vitamins that recurrently coexist in the same foods. Supplements containing adjectives eight are generally referred to as a vitamin B complex. Individual B vitamin supplements are referred to by the specific name of respectively vitamin (e.g. B1, B2, B3)..
B-complex will help a person who feel anxious or stressed often. B-complex is water soluble and will be excreted through your skin when you perspire and through your urine and bile. You can lift as much as you like because all the B-vitamins are marine soluble and thus have no toxicity amount. I use B-complex by solaray. The directions say to lift one a day. However, on days when I feel vastly anxious I take 3 or 4 and they make me discern great.

B-vitamins in conjuction with valerian root (herbal supplement) and nasal cool mist spray (essentail oil you inhale) have AMAZING results!
