I have sever stern problems and my doctor does not want me to strain at all, so he told me to go to the GYN Store and buy what is call Dieter's Tea, if isn't for a diet, however it is a cup of tea you drink at night before you budge to bed and I would start out with a half cup the first time. It make your movements just natural and not runny unless a in one piece cup is too much. They have different flavors also , Cinnamon, lemon mint and original plain, and I use a teaspoon of sugar surrounded by mine. If you don't drink a whole cup, drink half one darkness and put it in the frig and drink the rest the next dark. The cost is under 13 dollars and lasts more than 30 days and is a unbroken lot better than laxatives. I have to take meds that product me really constipated and this works like a charm.
