What is your favourite herbal tea? Is it medicinal or just a pleasure drink? Or is it both?
I will share you my favourite herbal tea later! ( those that don't believe surrounded by herbs.. those closed minds need not answer this grill!) What is your Favourite herbal tea?
Answer: Fave herbal tea is organic loose leaf nettle tea beside peppermint tea for flavor .. taste of the peppermint is wonderfull and the nettle has miraculous medicinal benefits .... that time of the month have never been so good!! Its great at reducing blood flow and reducing nouns on your menses ... it is an herb very high contained by vitamin K, which guards against excessive bleeding and is also useful as a tea for anemia children, due to its nutritive value.... so will also increase your vivacity levels... it is also high within minerals such as iron, calcium, sulfur, sodium, copper, manganese, chromium, and silicon.. Nettle is also a blood purifier and assists in lowering blood pressure.

My favorite drinking tea is Orange Ginger Mint by The Republic of Tea. If you tolerate it steep for about an hour (found this out at work-couldn't get to it for just about an hour), it takes on a wonderful 'sweet' flavor. I don't use additives.
For an upset stomach I mix Peppermint, Chamomile, Ginger (freshly ground), Orange Ginger Mint, and Sleepytime. Sleepytime, Peppermint and Chamomile are from Celestial Seasonings. I pull adjectives the tea bags out after 5 minutes so it doesn't get bitter. Except the OGM. That I depart from in for longer. Peppermint tea actually have anesthetic properties. It makes your mouth go slightly numb. So it will surrounded by the stomach, too. Just found a ginger peach tea (stash) that is really good. Echinecea for colds, peppermint when I hold an upset stomach, and rosemary for headaches. The rosemary isn't my favorite flavor, but it does work.

Know what you mean more or less the closed minded, my nephew gave me A LOT of flack about my "hippie teas".
I drink familiar tea because I wouldnt know first hand, what tea is good for my kidneys, flushing, etc.. I would really really appreciate any warning from anyone knowledgeable in this.
I am proficient within many arts but nothing roughly Herbal which I know works. Green tea with dry ginger boiled inside, it does not only predilection good but also is a good medicinal herb for flu, headache etc..
nettle tea beside slice of lemon. pure drinking pleasure :+) medicinal properties a bonus. I love Chai Tea..particularly Iced Chai Tea.
Tulsi (Holy Basil) chai Tea and ginger.
