Zoloft is for depression. If you are thinking about taking something for depression after may I suggest a vitamin B complex to see how this works for you. There are very little side effects to this vitamin. The main one is dark urine but that is just your body "flushing out" any extra that you took. It is an antidepressant. Most antidepressant, do enjoy some form of side effect. But, side affects usually go away after about a week. You can merely stop taking an antidepressant.
