When I was a child I used to suffer from constipation abundantly and my mom would feed me cooked beets. Worked pretty good for me. Prune liquid is alright as well. Oh, and make sure the personage is drinking enough water. apples are great for stopping this, but try staying away from bananas and dairy (cheese is the most important one) they block you up badly..
Prune Juice seriously saved me after i have my daughter. It tastes horrible but it worked for me in nearly an hour. drink two to 3 glasses before breakfast and try c-lium fiber everyday.
Fruits, veggies and fiber prune liquid, orange juice , some empire react with milk .
anything elevated fiber...pumpkin is great.and it's a lovely excuse to eat pie!
