What type of seaweed is best to get through?

PLEASE only serious answers! I have heard amazing things roughly seaweed & am wondering how to incorporate it in my diet? Is there a certain quality that is most beneficial? Thanks!
Answers:    I use arame, wakame, kombu, nori and dulse. I am relatively new to using seaweed in my diet, started using them roughly speaking three years ago very sparingly. I use them more often now, adding together them to all my soups and stews, as well as many of the cooked bean dishes I put together. It's been trail and error...put too much in the pot and the taste go fishy. Not the taste you want for beef stew, you know.

Seaweeds, otherwise known as sea vegetables, enjoy a natural balance of minerals that is completely beneficial to health. They are reported to be the best source of minerals, so are a very good piece to incorporate into your diet. The macrobiotic diet uses sea vegetables extensively. I have read many reports that the macrobiotic diet have cured folks of end-stage cancers. There are lots of books available on that diet. Check your local health food store (most have at smallest a small book section).

I have read you can make a tea from seaweed, but haven't tried that one as yet. The directions stated to soak a 1" strip of seaweed (kombu or wakame) for 15-20 minutes contained by hot water.
