What type of suppliment can be used?
for subsidise pain. It has to be contained by my bone. Like my tailbone. Is there anything that can help near bone and or joint health? I already hold calcium.

Sometimes we get collective pain because the supporting muscles of the joint take weak. First go to a doctor to see what might be the problem. If you're ok, next do like I did for my back. Start yoga. This greatly increase my flexibility and strengthened my core muscles. (Kept me from put a bet on surgery.).
What's working for me is Barleans Omega 3-6-9 Fish oil.
