Well hallucinations are usually due to a disorder. nobody can be given a drug to cure hallucinations. you would own to treat the underlying cause. Like for example Schizophrenia can cause hallucination so you can give them meds for schizo. Also sleep dprivationd causes hallucination so that would have to be treated.
