What will happen if i crushed my hard to swallow pills in to a powder?
Answer: You'll have to endure the fondness of whatever you are taking. As long as the pill has a vertical procession in the center of the pill for splitting, then you can crush it. If it's resembling the Mucinex, a time-released capsule you can't split it or crush it.
People ask me all the time why I can't swallow a freakin' pill. I explain to them that just because you can do it, doesn't mean everyone can slickly swallow several at a time too!

I'm 31 and I have trouble. When I be in the 3rd grade, I chocked on a watermelon candy. I manage to swallow it dry after what seemed like an eternity in need breathing. It scratched my throat going down. So, now I have to find a means of access. I usually try applesauce...I'm able to get some tiny meds down near that. Antibiotics are huge and taste plain awful so I usually ask for a liquid form. I get one and I'm allergic to penicillin too. Depends. If they are meant to be time released then you would fall up drinking the whole dose and once instead of giving it time to break down.
If it doesn't matter consequently it should be fine to make it into powder.
Tip: You could also get one of those pill cutters..
A powder would be gripped better than a tablet as it is easier to digest.
You would need to stir the powder in river or you could add it to your breakfast cereal or other food..
some pills are not to be broken up could cause problems
