What works the best on real bad migraine headaches?

Answer:    If it's really a migraine, try putting a bannana peel (flesh side down) on your forehead. You can also try soaking your foot in iced water. These are remedies that I use..
I own tried 5htp with a little nouns, and I am about to try a herb called butterbur, which is claimed to work resourcefully if taken daily as preventative. I once used a prescription but I can't remember the name of it. It be chewable tablet and worked well, but the side effects were discouraging and made my blood vessels appear dark purple and swollen, so I be afraid to take it again. I hope you find something that works. Ice pack on the head and lying down are the singular natural ones I can think of. Are you sure they are migraines and not Sinus or Allergy headache?

Mine are sinus headaches, so since they took the active ingredient out of Tylenol Sinus, DayQuil, NyQuil, etc. I own to sign for Sudafed at the pharmacy and take it with Tylenol.

If you own allergies something like Benydryl should help. Note that spellcheck does not enjoy the correct spellings for most of these medications..

If you do this as soon as you know you are have a migraine the better. it can go in minutes.
If it does not work it is because you hold not got the right location.

Butterbur really works. It is the best herbal and proven surrounded by clinical studies. Next would be Feverfew Extract (it must say extract and needs to be taken on a day after day basis...migraine or no)

The herb fever few and accupuncure. My niece had chronic migrains since she be 14 she has had more or less 2 sessions a week. It really works.
