What would happen if you take 2 pills of Midol and 2 pills of Advil at the same time?
Answer: It's not going to hurt you but in the future, I wouldn't mix medication if I were you..
Isn't Midol pretty much Acetaminophen? Advil is Ibuprofen. If this it true, it shouldn't be devastating. However, you really should try to take one, loaf a few hours to see if it is helping and then if it doesn't take the other. It freshly seems like greatly of medicine to take at one time. I am not a doctor so this isn't a professional feelings.
Edit: Just to clarify for you, Midol is NOT Ibuprofen. I think some people are confusing it With Motrin. Here is the intermingle to the ingredients in Midol:

Midol and Advil are both brand names for ibuprofren. Are they respectively 250 mg? I would just take 3 consequently . . . I have prescription ibuprofren that are 800 mg each. I can run up to three a day, but several hours apart. Take with food b/c ibuprofren can be rough on the stomach. Take any two pills of Midol or two pills of Advil. You don't want to take too much ibuprofen. It could lead to renal fiasco..
most likely nothing, but it could bequeath you a tummy ache or serious heartburn.
