What's the benefit of vitamin A?
I come up with carrots have a vitamin A
Answer: Vitamin A is a great antioxidant, it help with vision condition, skin health, immune system health, and pretty much keeping adjectives the tissues in your body healthy. It's a required nutrient, so you should enjoy at least a minimum amount every day.
As far as carrot, they have a good amount of Beta Carotene... but that's not Vitamin A per se. Your body will convert Beta Carotene into Vitamin A when it wishes it, but it's much harder to overdose on Beta Carotene (straight Vitamin A is fat-soluble, so you can overdose if you take too much).
