Whats the best way to cure a stuffy nose??
Answer: eucalyptus leaves in hot water , breath that or find a cream that have it in it and place under antenna or on chest..
A few things that have worked for me is to eat spicy food, stir somewhere cool/cold, or to drink something hot. Hot tea with a lemon usually works for me. Netti pot and saline solution work miracles.
Also grapefruit seed extract nasal spray. Start beside the netti pot though. A humidifier is great too for nighttime..
1 tsp vicks vapor rub in a pot of simmering water. Sit close to it and inhale for a few minutes. rub tiger balm/vix over you trunk (on the outside)..it'll burn a bit but it'll work..
