Whats the best bearing to develop your immune system?

I get sick alll the time.. if anyone I'm near is sick, I get sick too.

Is nearby any vitamins i could take that could improve my immune system?

I'm a vegetarian, and in reality eat healthy within that, I also salsa 30+ hours a week and am a high school student. Many people vote its the lack of sleep causing me to get sick so much, but the problem is that's zilch I can change.

OK, check this out. I used to be a vegetarian for years and I operate on very minimal sleep as well. I developed chronic fatigue and have since changed my conduct and no longer am a vegetarian and I sleep a lot more. Through trial and error and a lot of studying I hold discovered what worked for me, to raise my immune system.
The most important things are:
#1 Is SLEEP. Without a doubt. If you get more sleep, consistantly you will restore your health. It took me over a year to get better. I get OVER 8 hours every night. (sometimes up to 12 hrs).
2. Diet, and sugar is the number one entry that tears down the immune system.
