Answer:    You don't need a neti pot. Get a bowl the
size of your face. Put just about 1/2 tsp.
kosher salt in it and compress with fairly hot hose.
place next to the kitchen sink. Put your
face within it and suck the water up into your
nose and sinuses. When you consistency it on
the back of your tongue, spit it out.
do this until the water is gone. Use as
habitually as needed. You will be washing all
the phlegm, germs and sinus infection
OUT OF YOUR NOSE AND SINUSES..
