Answers:    Arnica is specific to bumps and bruises, though I have have it work on soreness due to overexhertion. Traumeel has extra things in it (including arnica) to relieve pain cause by a variety of injuries or other causes. (tendonitis, arthritis, etc). I was never a adherent of Traumeel, just didn't do the trick for me...I'm a bigger fan of Arnica in a gel. (boiron, or B &T brand if possible)
