Whole Foods Multi-vitamin/Supplement for Children?
I'm looking to supplement a mostly life, natural, well-rounded diet for total health and immune system support for our kids (ages 2 and 5). Our view on health are not mainstream. Even a fluid or powder would be a consideration. I'm so confused with all the different vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, bioflaviniods, etc. Any relief would be appreciated.

I have come across a complete gooey nutritional vitamin supplement that tastes like children's chewable vitamins mixed near freshly squeezed orange juice. If your children are drinking an organic, natural, very well rounded diet they do not need multi vitamins or supplements.
The absolutely best, safest and most untaught way to get vitamins, minerals, bioflavinoids etc is to munch through them as food..

Wow, this is so weird! I be researching this almost all day today! I own the same problem: my younger brother is an extremely picky eater and gets sick particularly often, so my mom and I decided to look for a hearty, all-natural, whole-food supplement that might benefit him. However, it's been soo hard for me to try to find one that does not contain synthetic (or isolated) vitamins and minerals, and that have no bad ingredients (like artificial sweeteners such as sucralose). I also found one vitamin supplement that contained FLOURIDE-- like we don't get hold of enough from our fluoridated toothpaste and tap river (we actually get TOO much flouride, which within high amounts is unsafe).
But I finally found some that seem pretty pious. One of them is a LIQUID whole-food supplement, which I think is a plus, since liquid formulas are more readily wrapped up by the body than vitamins in capsule form.
