My friend took one that wasn't hers and she has a drug test coming up soon. How long will it stay in her system and will it even show up?
Answers:    Few days max, if they are even trialling for it.

Half life is 5-7 hours. If she has a few days, it probably won't show up at all. Also, likelihood are good that no one is even testing for it. It's a programme V controlled substance in the US, which is pretty low (Vicodin is schedule III). If it's an employment screen, they are probably simply checking for MJ, coke, speed, heroin, & PCP. If it's for court, I have no idea what to expect.

Gabapentin has a partly life of 5-7 hours and should be completely out of the body in about 48 hours. It is not the caring of medicine that drug tests usually screen for. It is generally used only for medical problems.

Gabapentin originally was used to treat epilepsy. Later it was found to be moderately significant for chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and some other forms of pain.

Later, it was used for bipolar disorder and sometimes depression and anxiety. Again, it's unlikely that drug test would blind for gabapentin at all.

Rev hojo is incorrect Pregabalin is a schedual V substance not Gabapentin (neurontin). Kinda stupid to do this seeing as it doesn't even get you high. The drug theory test will not test for this as it is an anti seizure med (once prescribed to me for anxiety?). So don't worry she can bear the test and be fine if thats all she took.

it will stay in just about 2 days and i dont think it will show up on a test since they only assessment 4 hardcore drugs and hardcore opiats gapapentin isnt
